countable income form

    Can I include a copy of the countable income form referred to on this site?

    If you are talking about as part of the application process, no. Do not include that to the VA.

    Just use the application VA has. Added extra documents means your adjudicator is going to need to add extra processing time to review them all.

    Hi, my Mom is moving into an independent residence in a assisted living facility. She may not need assisted at first, but I think she will soon. When she does receive assistance, is the total cost to her to stay at this facility considered an expense for the countable income form, i.e. her monthly assessment she received for the independent living residence plus additional charges for assistance? As the cost of assistance goes up she'll eventually move to the assisted living floor. Thanks.
