A&A application forms

    hi
    i have a question. my father died in 1998. He was in the army in WWll. my mother is receiving his death pension. i just want to know if i still need to send all of the information stated on the forum in. i mean the va should have things such as his death certificate discharge papers and other information on file. am i wrong or do i still send all of those forms in. thanks

    If your dad was rated at less than 100%, you need to determine which would pay the higher amount, as she cannot draw both.

    Even though the VA has all his information, if you move forward, you would need to submit a complete application.
