I know a family member who receives Aid and Attendance money for care from a stroke. A family member is taking care of him. He has expressed an interest in traveling to the Southwest for the winter months and return to the Northeast in the spring. Can this even be done without disrupting his A&A?

Interesting question. As long as he is paying for care continuously during that traveling time, I don't see why it would be interrupted. If his monthly income doesn't change and his pay amount for care each month doesn't change, it should not be a problem.
