    I have read on other websites to put a unique sticker on every page of your documentation just in case the "case worker" is disorganized and may miss place a document. This sticker will help to identify it to a specific file. Has anyone else heard of this practice?

    Also do I staple each form with supporting documents of just paper clip them?Thank you!!

    No stickers.

    If you want to - write the veterans name and SS# at the top of every page, in the margin.

    Regarding staples or clips - I just put the documents together in the order that makes sense to me and use one staple to put them all together.
