During the application process, mother-in-law has died. The VA was notified back in October of her death due to the fact that she too was a Veteran and had submitted an A&A application. Since there has been a change in father-in-law's income and medical expenses due to her death, do we submit those new numbers now or wait to see if he is approved? Also, we are wanting to fire our current caregiver. Do we need to resubmit the new caregiver's name or do we just continue to keep records of payment?
