I believe that my mother(surviving spouse) will get the full benifits but can someone that is better at math tell me?

Income:
681 ss secuirity(after 96.40 deduction)
475 dod annuainty

1156 total income

Expenses:
$ 220.00 per week home caretaker(20 hrs week @ 11 hr)
$ 63.20 per week companion agency(3 hours week at 19.40/hr plus 5 dollar trip charge)
$ 43.06 per month depends adult breifs
$ 4.28 per month prescriptions

Can someone help me figure what the benifit would be?

looks like a partial award, depending on her assets - not sure if an agency fee listed separately from the caregiver fee will be considered a medical expense or not.

Can someone be a little bit more specific than "partial benifit"?

Her Income +5% of the Maximum Monthly award she could get
Less Monthly recurring medical expenses = her "VA Income".  Since the VA Income appears to be more than $0 but less than the $1,055 Maximum widow's pension with A&A, there is a potential for a partial award, roughly the difference between the Maximum pension and her VA Income.  Her assets will need to be very low - I would guess less than $10,000 but it is a guess, you should file - nothing to lose but postage and some time.
