Question. I had posted earlier that Mama had fell and factured hip. She is now unable to walk and needs more help than before.
I am going to need help. When I get this help should I send in another form 21-4138 to show this added expenses?
We started process in March still waiting.
Thanks

Yes, especially if her care costs go up substantially.

Should I just do one showing this increase or should I do one showing all her expenses again including this?

Just the one that shows what her increase expenses are.  Don't do it until she is actually having to pay it.
