On the Application for Pension form must Section III Employment History be completed if veteran is many years retired and now disabled due to old age?

    Hi Maven,
I did not include this info for my retired father's application. I think I may have written in something like "(retired/age 82)."

Thanks Jandy. And the application was accepted and approved?

@Maven The employment is not a necessary section to complete (other than putting "N/A" or "0" in blanks) if the applicant is over the age of 65.

Yes, Maven--the application was approved with no question or problem.

All above are correct. That section is mainly used when filing for the pension for those under 65 with very low/zero income.
