Thanks for this wonderful forum. I have gotten some useful information, but still trying to pin down specifically who can be the caregiver for the A&A benefit. My father in law is supposed to be getting approved and he would like to use the non-medical home care agency that I work at. Can a licensed non-medical home care agency do it if they are supervised by Elder Services or the doctors' office nurse, as indicated when it is a family/friend providing care? How does the provider go about enrollment to be a provider for A&A services?
