My father in laws death cert. has state seal and county seal but no embossed or raised seal from dept of health, this is how we received it from San Diego county, will VA accept this? Thanks Maven
Maven The death certificate you have should be fine. I recommend sending in a certified copy of the death certificate, which you can get a notary to help you with (often times at a bank)
