    Hi everyone,
What is the likelihood for receiving A&A for those who have a caregiver come in (15-25 hrs/week) vs assisted livings/nursing homes?
Because, isn't the caregiver at home cheaper in the long run than a facility?
    Thank you,
    CplK

Yes, you can obtain this pension by using outside care services coming into the home. You do not have to be in a facility to get this pension.

It will come down to how much she is paying for her care and where that leaves her at the end of month financially after paying those expenses.
