My father was a US Navy veteran serving during the Korean War. After he left the service, he married my mother. He was killed in 1964. She re-married an Englishman in 1979 (and is still married to him) - residing in England. She now wants to return home to the USA. She is in a nursing home in England and has been for the past 18 months. She is 82 and suffered a stroke and fall in recent years, resulting in the nursing home residence. She will never leave a nursing home environment. So, here is my question ... Does she qualify for Survivor Benefits in terms of Aid or Attendance? I get conflicting answers.

Unfortunately, Kevin, the answer would be no to the survivor's benefit in terms of Aid and Attendance. Since she remarried and is still currently married to the Englishman.

Thank you Kaylin ... that is consistent with my research of the VA web information.
