IF PERSON RECEIVING A & A AND IS RESIDING IN A VETERANS HOME RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE THE HOME 80% OF THE AWARD, WHILE ALSO GIVING ABOUT 80% OF THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME TO THE HOME.

For those residing in a VA Home, the general rule is the home gets the money.  In fact VA homes generally apply for the veteran to make sure they get the pension.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWER,   BY THE WAY THE VETERANS HOME DID NOT APPLY FOR THIS, THEY CALLED ME IN TO FILL OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT OR WHY I WAS FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FOR AN ARMY PENSION.
