VA letter- I received today

I sent the A&A application in for my grandmother earlier this month. Today, I rec'd a letter stating I needed to redo the release of information form because I listed myself and my mother and it can only be more person. OOOHHHHH, I hope this doesn't delay processing. I can just see the forms in a pile stating "incomplete information." However, I was surprised to see ANY response this quickly, they rec'd the application on the 3rd of this month. So, not really a question just needed to admit my mistake!

Hearing something so quickly is a positive thing, so keep focused on that.

Redo the form and send it back to the address it came from and send it Return Receipt.

Leigh Ann,  By admitting your mistake you probably just saved someone from making the same, easy mistake.  Good for you.
