 Cool Here's some good news:  We faxed in a request for a certified copy of my father's discharge papers to the National Personnel Records Center on August 4th.  On August 16th, he received 2 certified copies via US mail!  How about that?!  It took only 12 days - a delightful surprise.  There is hope...

That generally is the case for this organizaiton.  Now you can move forward with the application.
