My Mother continues to pay Tithes to her church, should I even bother to list this as an expense on the 21-8049? I don't think they will count it, but it would show that is where some of her money is going. The cost of her AL is around $4000.00 per month and her income is about $1900.00 she has been using her assests to make of the difference. Her benefit is currently suspended, sinced she sold her home and now has assets over the limit. What do you think? Also do I need to send in verification of her assests with the 21-0518-1?
