I take care of  my folks under the Aid & Attendance program. I signed a contract to provide care, but now I have health issues of my own and am unable to care for them.  What do I do now.  I have other people filling in, but I will not be able to resume the care.  Can we just do another Contract for other people to be the Caregivers or what???   Huh

Yes, just do another contract, and make sure you paid by check and keep records.  As long as there is no change in where they are living and everything else is staying the same.  Simple fix.

If nothing other than the person who is providing care is changing, just wait.
