Paying family member from A& A award

Hi All, we are so grateful to finally have rec'd A&A for my dad who lives w/us. i will post whole story soon. Brief, dad lives with us & I provide most of care and want to know if I may pay myself from money awarded. He also has caregivers several times a wk for short periods. If so, do I have to update claim forms first? I am also fiduciary. If I am allowed to be paid, do I have to start at a certain point in time, ie, after claim awarded? Should I file an updated claim for medical expenses first? Should payment be made from fiduciary account or other account? should it be broken down into weekly/monthly payments? Amount of work increasing and impedes my ability to earn money elsewhere. Thank you so much for all that you do.
