not to sound ignorant please.   I have a question and have heard different answers in the past....

Obviously there is social security and social security disability.

I have been told with aid and attendance... they count social security as income but NOT social security disability!!!

Can someone tell me if this is true or not???

thank you Anne

The Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) changes to Social Security (SS) at the age of 65 or full retirement age and is considered income by the VA when applying for A&A.
