I filed application on behalf of my mother.  Received determination of benefits but withheld due to incompetency.  Responded saying she waived the 60 days to file additional information, did not oppose incompetency decision and asked that I be appointed her fiduciary.  Received correspondence from VA basically just acknowledging she waived the time period, didn't dispute incompetency and wished that I be appointed.  It does not appear any response is necessary.  So do I just wait for them to contact me for a field visit??  Thanks.
