I have completed my application for A & A and contacted my local VA office for filing information.  They knew nothing about the benefit and suggested that I mail it to the Pension Maintenance Center in Philiadelpia.  We live approximately the same distance from Baltimore, MD and Washington, D.C.  Is the Philadelphia address the correct one for our area?

Given your location, the Philadelphia Processing Center would be the correct one to mail to.
