I am filing a Statement in Support of Claim form in order to get the ball rolling. If I am POA can I sign the form under what is described in section b? I know that my Dad will have to sign Form 21-526 but I am trying to get things going. As it is there will be many forms going back and forth between Illinois and Florida! Thanks so much!
