Good Morning,
I am filling out form 21-592 for my father with me being the fiduciary.   
#11 Claimant's social security number......... Is that me? not the Veteran
#12 Social Security Benefits  A Monthly Payment and B Effective Date
Is this the Veterans monthly retirement social security benefit?   Not something special like SSI which he doesn't receive.

ps I tried calling the VA but nothing in my father's file has been scanned in for months, but someone is looking into it.

16A  (5months of pension)
16B     $1,644
17    (or do I put the 5 months of pension here; incompetency)
His pension is effective Feb 1, 2009
One month released effective July 1, 2009 (which I assume will be deposited Aug 1)
