Aid and Attendance Stats

I know I have seen them somewhere. But I have seen statistics in which it showed a percentage of veterans that knew about the benefit and a percentage of vets how actually receive the benefit. But I can not find it now. I know the percentages are very embarrasing to the government, in that they are too low. But can anyone point in the right direction or know them with a source? Thanks
