What is the proof of expenses for in-home caregivers form?

Paul,
You would need cancelled checks, invoices etc. The same as you would need from an Assisted Living facility showing charges for services. If you have a homecare agency coming in they should be able to provide a copy in the event you don't have copies of bills. If paying by credit card, keep statements showing payments. There has to be a paper trail proving expenses paid for services or payment to the caregiver.
