Thanks for all of the information and this wonderful blog. I have send it to a number of friends.

oct 7th finally done with the application and rechecking of the application. it is hard to send it for fear of it being wrong! it is leaving tomorrow. I will let you know of the progress.

mine is for my dad, andy who was in the navy and had a stroke 5 years ago.
