Does a veteran have to be receiving at least 2 levels of care - help with dressing, bathing, transport, feeding tec. - in order to qualify for aid or is living in assisted living sufficient to qualify for Aid & Assitance benefits?

The veteran only needs to require the assistance of others for their day-to-day living.
