My father was a Koren Vet and was receiving 100% disablity payments; however he was rated at 70% disablity. Mom was fighting to get his rating changed when he passed away from cancer. They kept telling her it wouldn't make a $ difference so she shouldn't worry about it.
I'm not sure what to do now. Do I submit the paper that has the $ amount and his 70% rating on it? Will they see that he was receiving 100%? Any help here would me greatly appreciated.

Your application for your mom's entitlement should not be impacted by your dad's disability rating. It is based on her need for A&A and her monthly income total.
If you have additional quesitons, please let us know, and good luck with the process.
