Can aid and attendance be used for vanursing home copays?  I am in the process of applying for both for my husband.  I'm not sure how long the nh process will take so I am applying for help w/homecare.  If he gets a spot in a va nursing home would aid and attendance be taken away?  I understand there is a copay for the nh.  My husband has a 10% service related disablility.

The pension is good for Housebound, Assisted Living or Nursing Home care.
