Hello All
I know that A&A monies aren't taxable for the receiver, but if we pay a Home Health Aid from the grant-- do they need to report this as income to IRS?

(I was told, for instance, that a Home Health Aid wouldn't have to report monies if she were paid from a non-taxable Adult Foster Care Medicaid grant...)

Thanks so much for sharing any experience with this....

This question would be best asked of the IRS or an accountant for a proper answer for your circumstances.
