Besides having an in-home service, for care in the home, for my mom(Vet widow), the family is putting in many hours.  My mom pays everyone by check, including family.  My question is: Section IX, 40d(Paid to)-----if family members are paid, do I have to list each member by name or can I just put "family" under 40d, with the monthly lump sum?
Thanks in advance!

Is there no one who can answer my question?    Do I have to list each family member by name, on form 21-534, section IX, line 40d, Caregivers.  I really need to know.
