Just got dads evr. They typed in the amt that they have on record for medical expenses for 2011. It is wrong as it represents a year and he only started in alf in june. The vet knows this since i applied in june for a&a and listed the dates. Is this going to mess him up when i show a lower amt even if i explain?  He did not receive a&a money until june so its not like they overpaid monthly.

Also when it asks if he lives in a nursing home do i say no since it is an assisted living facility? Or can i mark out nursing home and write it in? Sorry i just dont want delays.

Strike through Nursing Home and put ALF, and just report the expenses as they are.  They should make the adjustment knowing that the 12 months would be the average if he were receiving the award for a full year.
