2012 Eligibility Verification Report

When does the V.A. mail out their annual Eligibility Verification Report (EVR) for 2012?

Has anyone received their EVR form yet for 2012 to maintain benefits? I don't know
if the V.A. is late in doing this or mine is lost in the mail and I don't want to have
benefits suspended because I didn't file a form "in a timely manner that I never received.

I am made to understand by a reliable source that they are mailed out in January.

What all do you have to have for this. This will be my dads first time.

Simply complete all the required information, and do so in the alloted timeframe in order to not have the pension interrupted.
