When is the EVR mailed out? To date, we have not received one. What information needs to be on it? When is it due back to the VA? My mother in law has been receiving A&A payments since July 2011 maybe she does not need to complete one. She did get a letter from the VA about the pension monthly rate increase effective 12/1/11, though. Any help or advice is much appreciated.
Thank you!

Just a reminder that when filling out the EVR, be sure to fill in every blank on income....even if it is zero.  This was my fourth EVR and I had a memory lapse, I guess, because I left four lines blank and didn't enter zeros.  Today I got my EVR returned to "complete and return".  I entered the zeros in the places I left blank and put back into the mail today.  My Mom gets Social Security and a very small private pension, which I entered, but should have put an entry on EACH line.

If the only income is social security they only send you an evr the first year - if you applied in 2011 you'll likely get your first evr at the end of this year.

I just received our first EVR for my Mom.  There is no due date on the forms. When does this have to be returned?  Thanks.

On the line just under the name and address of Payee Info, it says "Must be returned by March 1, 2012".  Last year's said "March 1, 2011".  So, must always be March 1st!
