Where do I send The Statement in Support of Claim

I have just finished the initial Statement in Support of Claim to get the claim into the system. Should I send this to the Atlanta VA Office or to Philadelphia Pension Maintenance Center that covers Georgia? I read that sending it to a regional office could cause delays but then I read to send it to the regional office. Please HELP!

You NEED to send it to the proper Pension Center for your state.  NEVER local offices.

For the state of GA, it is the PA address listed here on the forums.
