 Smiley I have spent a lot of time reading all the helpful posts.  I sent the packet of information today to the Milwaukee, WI Pension Center (via return receiept mail) for my 83 y/o Mother.  I will keep you posted on any response and time frame.  Thank you for this site - it has been very helpful - I feel a weight has been lifted - now I can wait!!
