Hi, with help from this site in preparing the app, we recieved notice of acceptance.  They regard my mother in law as incompetent and we will respond accepting this and wait for fiduciary interviews.  I have a question. My mother in law lives in philadelphia but. Y wife who will be the fiduciary rep is in california.  Will they book interviews in both locations or will my wife need to travel to phili?  Thanks for all ypur help!

Well congratulations on getting the approval.

Not sure on how the Field Agent will handle the interviews with them being so far apart.  It would not be unusual for the Agent to ask her to be present at the interview with Mom and her have to travel to PA.  When the Agent calls to schedule the appt, you will have to ask for considerations and ask what choices might be available.
