Mom, WWII vet, receives A&A. At Medicaid application (Kentucky) I am required to get a letter from VA that breaks out how much of the pension is A&A and how much is VA pension. I have requested 3 times from VA, no luck. I'm not sure what Medicaid is looking for, maybe the difference between the basic pension and A&A?  Anyone had this happen?  Thanks

Yes, that is what they are looking for - it takes them 90 days.  If you have the authority to speak with the VA for her, Call the 800 and let them know Mediciad is getting mad because you don't have this letter.
