hi
i have 2 questions.  first question:  if my mom only income is social security(plus A&A) will she still have to fill out the yearly evr?  second question:  her award is not enough to pay for 24/7 care, is there any way to get an increase if she is not getting full award or should we try to find a family member or friend that would be willing to help care for her.  we do not want her in a nursing home .  thanks in advance for responding.

After the first year there shouldn't be  an evr, but if they send one you must fill it out.  If she is paying more than her income and not getting the full award you can submit the evidence of expense and get an increase.
