After a few months of back and forth paper work today I got a letter requesting my fathers current bank statement balance and current asset amounts.  Since I have provided them in the past with all this information is this a good sign that they are checking to make sure my father still meets the requirements?  They said they have all the other information they need and will have a response as soon as I send them this information.  Thanks for you time Smiley

It's not uncommon for the VA to ask for things you have already provided to them.

Best thing is to just provide it again, and generally this indicates they are close to making a decision.  Having said that, with the VA there are always exceptions, so let's just hope for the best.
