hello all:

i have a few questions.  my mother married a vet after my father passed.  the vet's first wife died.  do i need the first wife's  death cert?  can you send a copy of separation, death cert, marriage lic or does it need the stamp true copy?

You should be ok with just the marriage license of your mom and his marriage.  The VA should not come back and ask for proof of death of the 1st wife, but it is not out of the question, just highly unlikely.
