Received a letter granting A&A however prescriptions were not included in their calculation for the monthly benefit because they said prescriptions were not a predictable expense.  What form do I use to submit these at the end of the year-end period?

Also, a portion of the assisted living monthly bill which has to do with having someone help with showers, dressing, etc. has increased as help is now needed because of a fall.  I do not know if this will become a permanent need or if at sometime we will be able to go back to the minimal package.  Can I submit that extra monthly expense at the end of the year-end period also?

Claim the RX at the end of the year.

If the need for the additional assistance looks like it is going to permanet, fill out a 21-4138 Statement in Support of Claim showing the additional costs.  Keep in mind if they are already receiving the full award this will not have any impact of an increase in pension.

If at the full award, you could just wait and include it with the end of year stuff when you receive the EVR.
