I have a gentleman veteran who served in Korean Conflict in the assisted living facility, needs more attendance now, he already receives about 250 month on his rating of 10% service connected.  What forms do we submit now for A&A due to his medical needs increasing.  Is it different than the regular 21-526 I think it is?

Thanks a lot

At that pay he is probably 20% and it is the 21-527ez you are looking for.

Don't forget a care expense statement and a 21-2680. Smiley

Thanks so much for answering me here.  I have been extremely busy with my Dad Ed who has been having some problems.  Found out today he has had a stroke between late last summer and today, and we do not really know exactly when.  I so appreciate all of you here with all of your help.

Thanks again
