My husband is receiving a VA disability pension, non-service connected...that's another issue. but
I am trying to fill out the forms for Aid and Assistance but I need to know if they need all the information they are requesting because his only income is from the VA disability pension and all his medical is at the VA.  They have that information already.
Is there a phone number I can call that will put me in touch with a live person that can walk me through this process?
Thank you.

We would suggest you contact the VA directly and speak with someone for guidance on this matter.  This forum and website are informational only.

You may also want to contact through private email VSR who is a member of this forum, and ask your question directly to him.

I made a post regarding your question, but will also tell you here that you might want to send a private email to our memeber VSR and ask him for some insights as to how you should proceed.

Hi Leota,

Did you still want to talk?

If he is getting all of his care through the VAMC, you just need to tell them which facility he is going to.  There are hundreds of VA medical facilities and millions of veterans, so it is impossible to accurately know where to search for medical records unless you tell VA where to look.
