85 year old mother is surviving spouse of veteran

for in home caretaking. How is this reported on the annual EVR? Do you have to give that person's name? How about social security #. ? We use a combination of both commercial service and an individual (cheaper) to care for mom. Not sure how to report this on EVR.

Put the total costs of care.  If the VA wants additional information on caregivers, they will request name and social#
