Hello,
I'm new here so if this question has been asked/answered please forgive me.
My mother (WWII vet) obtained A&A in late this year so I am filling out her EVR and since there is a different amount of medical expenses from what was preprinted for 2010 I need to refill out the medical expense report,(21-8416). At the bottom of that page it states "I have not and will not receive reimbursement for these expenses. I certify that the above information is true". My question is, since she was reimbursed with retro pay do I only report what was not reimbursed?
Thanks

No, what that means is via any type of insurance or coverages that pays for those expenses.
The retro is not included in this.  That money was what she was entitled to covering her cost prior to the approval, so do not include it.
