Good morning forum.  I haven't received much input on my latest posts, but I did get the following email below.  Has anyone heard of or from this person? I think her co. name is cpa associates. She does not appear to be a member.  Should I be weary?

She is correct in saying that your mom is entitled to the max of $1056, and yes you do have to reapply.  If your dad originally filed as a veteran with a spouse, then it should make it easier as they will have info on her.  If not then it will probably add to the processing time.

There have been several postings providing a phone number and I am not comfortable with the urging to contact, and am removing parts of this post.

Thank you for the input, Vetadmin.  I am always suspicious too of folks who kind of seem to be fishing for clients.  Not really sure if this person was, as she did contact me personally and not within a post here in the forum.

I am hoping things will go smoothly for my mom.
