Good Evening,
My father was approve for Aid and Attendance as of February 2007. When we applied he was living in a residential care facility paying $1300 a month. He is now living ( as of October) in a Assisted Living Facility that specializes in Alzheimer's patients care. As a result, he pays $3,000.00 a month. Can you please tell me the procedure for requesting an increase of his pension and/or Aid and Attendance?
Thanks

If your Father was approved for his pension with Aid and Attendance but was not receiving the maximum amount, you just need to send the VA information as to the change in medical expenses.  You should send a letter from the new 'assisted care facility' stating date entered and monthly amount.
