When does the VA request the EVR?  January or one year to the month that the benefits start?

VA goes to an annual calander once you have been approved. Unlike state programs, like Medicaid which run off the first month benefits are paid for.

VA goes to an annual calander (you know, a calander.....I don't know any annual calanders that start with a different month...)once you have been approved. Unlike (key word...unlike....different....not the same as.....)state programs, like Medicaid which run off the first month benefits are paid for.
